Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days following confirmation and successful payment verification. For larger or institutional purchases, processing times may extend up to 7 business days, depending on stock availability and supplier timelines.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with shipment tracking details.

4. Global Shipping Coverage
We export pharmaceutical products to over 85 countries, including regions in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
All shipments are subject to the import laws and regulatory requirements of the receiving country.
5. Packaging & Temperature Control
Products are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging to maintain safety and quality during transit. For temperature-sensitive items, cold chain logistics are implemented to preserve product stability throughout the journey.
6. Export Documentation
Each shipment is accompanied by essential documentation to support smooth customs clearance:

7. Customs Duties & Import Regulations
All import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. While we supply the necessary documentation, customers must ensure compliance with local import laws, including obtaining any required licenses or approvals prior to placing an order.
8. Shipment Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email. You may monitor your shipment directly through the courier’s website or reach out to our support team for assistance.
9. Delivery Delays
Although we aim for prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may arise due to customs inspections, regulatory checks, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions. In such cases, we will keep you informed and provide updates as available.
